Cycles has three tiers of support which are covered briefly below.

Support Plans

Cycle takes support very seriously. We have multiple support plans to meet the needs of your organization. Detailed information about support plans pricing can be found here.

Standard Support

Cycle's standard support includes communication with our team via our portal live chat and access to the Cycle Slack Channel. Response time is guaranteed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

VIP Support

The VIP Support extends the standard support we offer and also includes a guaranteed 6 hour response time Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm PST. On top of that you will have phone support during business hours.

Mission Critical Support

Mission critical support is the right choice for anyone that would like to augment their experience on the Cycle platform with a 1.5 hour response time, 24/7 phone access to our team, everything from standard support and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that we will be there when you need day or night.
